Cancellation Policy for Desert Hiking Company
At Desert Hiking Company, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate our guests while ensuring the sustainability of our operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Full Refund: Guests who cancel their booking more than 60 days before the scheduled trip date will receive a 100% refund of their payment minus the processing fee.
- Partial Refund: Guests who cancel their booking between 30 and 59 days before the scheduled trip date will receive a 50% refund of their payment.
- No Refund: Unfortunately, for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled trip date, no refund will be provided.
Note: The above policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to your plans.
